Greg Bolt, Owner/Sales Manager
Greg has worked in the family business since 1979. He has earned a bachelors degree in Business Science at George Fox University in 1985. Greg continues to work closely with customers such as Kaiser Permanente, AAA of Oregon, Cedar Hills Crossing, Lancaster Mall and others providing detailed budgets for long term and short term roof maintenance and replacements.
Tom Bolt, Owner/Project Manager
Tom started full time with ABC in 1988. His responsibilities as company president include financial oversight and project management. Tom graduated from the University of Portland with a degree in computer science. Active in the community, he is president of the Clackamas Hardwood Basketball Club and coaches the boys basketball team at Clackamas High School.
Micky Washburn, Superintendent
Micky's wide-ranging duties as superintendent include setting up jobs, ordering materials, scheduling crews, coordinating with general contractors, and conducting safety and fall protection training. He first gained invaluable experience with ABC as an apprentice. After graduating from Oregon State University in 2004 with a BA in Business and emphasis in Project Management and Information Systems, he earned his Journeyman certification. He has been ABC's superintendent since 2005.
Jim Bolt, Owner/CEO
Jim started with ABC in 1951. As CEO he is responsible for strategic planning and guiding the company's growth. He is active in numerous trade organizations. He is a member of the NFIB and serves on the Board of Trustees for the Roofers Pension Fund. He is a past president of the Portland Roofing Contractors Association. A concerned business owner, he worked on legislation for workmen's compensation reform in 1987. Deeply involved in community organizations, he has been an active member of the Kiwanis Club since 1974, and previously served as president. He has been an active member of Loaves and Fishes since 2004.
